Consulting & Training
Betsy is an accomplished sustainability strategist and leader.
Her work focuses on four main areas, primarily in the food, fashion, FMCG and tech sectors:
Executive advisory to leaders in the corporate, non-profit and government sectors
Trainings on stakeholder engagement, behaviour change, and communicating social and environmental issues;
Workshops on innovation, supply chains, the Sustainable Development Goals and a range of other issues.
Mindfulness sessions and coaching for leaders and teams, to connect, de-stress and help unleash the creativity and innovation needed to find new solutions to tricky big issues.
Because Betsy has such a unique blend of skills and background, her approach is unique and impactful. Her extensive training in behavioural psychology, neuroscience, flow state and mindfulness gives Betsy insight and techniques to share that you won’t get from the average management or sustainability consultant or executive coach.
Betsy is first and always a campaigner with a fundamental commitment to creating an equitable and thriving society and planet. This means she’s well-practiced at inspiring, challenging and creating space for collaborations to craft tangible solutions that result in real change.
Betsy has worked in social and environmental issues for 30 years, understands most sectors from the inside out and is able to adapt and help others to work effectively in diverse contexts. She’s worked in-house and as a consultant in the US, UK, Europe, Asia and Africa in the public, charitable, corporate, community and consultancy sectors.
Betsy is a deeply creative, good-humoured and energetic force of nature whose collaborative style helps others to work as humans rather than human resources, leaders rather than managers.
She serves as a catalyst for deep creativity, innovation and connection, because the big, complex issues humanity faces today are far too big for any organization, government or leader to solve alone. She’s disruptive, yeah, but she’s really likeable at the same time, and she’ll help you find a way forward.
