Betsy is a certified mindfulness teacher with a memorable voice.

Betsy’s mission is simple: to help others feel better and live and work with greater ease through connection with themselves, with others and with the world around them. Her mindfulness practice is informed by and informs her work as a sustainability expert, underpinned by an understanding that everything is connected and that disconnection leads to problems - both systemic and individual.

Mindfulness practices have been proven to have a powerful effect on physical, emotional and psychological well-being, and Betsy’s technique is based on her ongoing study of neuroscience, as well as her own regular mindfulness practice.

Betsy’s quest to manage the stress of juggling the pieces of a modern life led her into an exploration of mindfulness and meditation more than 10 years ago. Since then, she has become a 500-hour advanced yoga teacher and certified mindfulness teacher who teaches mindfulness and meditation sessions online and in-person. Betsy’s background working in the corporate, government and non-profit sectors enables her to work insightfully with clients in a range of roles and sectors.
